Office hours		We appreciate that it can be difficult to discuss career matters inside normal working hours.  After normal office hours (9 to 5:30) we switch the telephone over so that we can take your call up to 9:00 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive. If we are busy at the time please leave a voice-mail message with a contact number - let us know if it's a home or work number - and Frances will contact you as soon as possible - within 24 hours.
